Let’s Make Water Bottle Wind Spirals —
Jesus compared the actions of the Holy Spirit to the movement of the wind in John 3: 7-8. Listen to what he said:
“Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is every one who is born of the Spirit.” (NASB)
In other words, just because we don’t see the Holy Spirit with our eyes, doesn’t mean he isn’t working. In fact, the life-changing effects we see happen in people are evidence of his interaction in their souls. It’s just like when we wake up and see branches all over the yard — we know that a strong wind was blowing in the night. Or when we see and hear trees swaying in the wind . . . you get the point.
As a glorious reminder of the Holy Spirit’s constant work in the lives of people around the world — including yours and mine — let’s make Water Bottle Wind Spirals.
